Antonín Dvořák Museum (Villa America)
Villa America (Michnův letohrádek) is the baroque summer house, which was built for Jan Václav Count Michna of Vacínov, according to plans elaborated by Kilián Ignác Dientzenhofer.
The building was completed before 1720. It is a charming house with mansard roof and plastically shaped front.
Exhibitions in the Antonín Dvořák Museum on Ke Karlovu Street document the composers (A. Dvořák) life journey and focus on the paths that his life took.
There are two sandstone sculptural groups in front of the building, represent the seasons of the year, Spring and Winter and Summer and Autumn.
