Rudolfinum was built from 1876 to 1884 and it is Prague's most prestigious concert hall, home of the Czech Philharmonic, which performed here for the first time in 1896 under the baton of Antonín Dvořák.
The building also contains the Galerie Rudolfinum, an art gallery that focuses mainly on contemporary art.
