Franz Kafka Museum is an unique space in the Lesser Town on the bank of the Vltava River. The exhibition features most of the first editions of Franz Kafka's works, correspondence, diaries, manuscripts, photographs and drawings.
Franz Kafka was born in Prague on 3 July 1883 and he was one of the most important figures in 20th century world literature.
In front of Franz Kafka Museum stand two masculine figures of bronze (Statue Peeing Figures) peeing into the pond in the shape of the Czech Republic. They were created by famous and often provocative artist David Černý.
