Josef Jungmann Monument

(Czech: Pomník Josefa Jungmanna)

The Monument stands in the middle of cute little square named in his honour is Josef Jungmann (1773-1847) who was a Czech poet and linguist and one of the leading lights in the Czech National Revival along with Josef Dobrovský. 

Josef Jungmann is considered to be the creator of the modern Czech language.
